Recessed Lighting for Insulated Ceilings

Why don't they make 3" and 4" recessed lights for insulated ceilings? When I go to the Home Depot, the only ones they have rated for IC's are the standard 6" and some of the 5" models. None of the decorative smaller ones are rated for insulated ceilings. What good are those in that case? Most homes have insulation in the ceilings? Why not just make every recessed light rated for insulation contact?

Go to a real supply house. That type of store only restocks what sells, not what you should use, and non-ic's are cheaper.
