Recommendations for a Lighting program

I'm an Electrical Designer with Marine/Offshore projects.

I'm trying to search for a easy-to-use lighting program that will determine fixture count for given lumin/lux for a given compartment.

We currently use Autocad 2008 with MEP. Apparently there is not a way to determine light levels and fixture counts needed for scope of work.
