Reconfiguring feeder for new ATS

This is after the service disconnect? Then yes you can. You do not have service conductors, only feeders.

Here is another project I have. Is using a gutter to get the feeder and service conductors in and back out again unnecessary? Could I just use a adequately sized conduit? Suggestions?

The wireway is much cleaner and professional looking, just size the nipples between the cabinets large enough. Use thin strut to keep the wireway off the wall to clear the Fiber/telecom or cable.
