Well what I was building up to:. Would it be possible to extend the conduits over to the new switchboard rather than having a pull box? It sounds like conductor length might be marginal to splice above the extended sweeps, but you could gain some length by just keeping the pipes horizontal beneath the floor level. I would say maybe about 1.5 feet although I am not sure
Extremely slim chance, even if there was long wires, I think the conductors cannot enter the service end box section of the switchboard, it would all have to enter at the bottom of the section that has service switches.
