Go to the forum you want to start a thread in. For example:
NEC. Look in upper right hand corner. Click on post thread.
Fill in thread title.
Ask question or whatever you're trying to do.
(Be aware there is a character minimum)
Click post thread.
Moderator must approve your first post so it may take some time before posting.
