Has anyone ever seen this set-up installed in a residential setting? I haven't! Unfortunately I have only one picture. Yet, it looks to have three relays, One transformer, and a splicing block--along with some other things. Looks like they installed these devices in a Millbank enclosure--then labeled the outside: "Remote Control lighting box"

It seems to be connected to some light switches--for outdoor landscape lighting.

Low-voltage lighting control is nothing new. Been around for years.

Unfortunately, such a small photo that doesn't show a lot of detail isn't all that helpful. I can make out a nylon connector strip, what looks like a relay, and the rest appears to be an ordinary, run-of-the-mill rats nest.

Aware of LV lighting control. Yet, I've never seen this set-up.

I will try to get more pics!

Looks like a home-made arrangement. Probably installed in a Milbank 3R junction box, thus their name on the outside. Nothing pictured looks like it was made in any factory. It all looks field assembled.

That's what I said!

Here are a few more pictures. The best I can do!
