REMOVEING JUMPERS FROM 400A SERVICE VIOLATE UL LISTING

in a 400 amp combination service entrance that has 2 200 amp
main breakers and distribution panel. main breaker A feeds 200 amp remote
distribution panel. main breaker B 200 amp breaker feeds distribution panel
in that panel. by removing jumpers between main breaker B and distribution
panel for the purpose of installing a ATS right next to the service then back into distribution. will that violate its UL rating?

I think he's talking about the jumpers on the load side between the disconnect and the bus. Run those to the ATS, and then back from the ATS to the bus.
