Removing Wire

If there is a 200' run from gear to equipment and they want you to intercept the run at the 150' point(remainder of 50' run being demolished)and reroute the wire down to new equipment how would you pull put that 50' of wire so you can reroute if there's no pull box? We would have to put a pull box to install new conduit drops to the new equipment but before that point we need to pull out the 50' of wire. It's #500's.
 
Like Infinity said, cut the conduit. If you have to set up a tugger at the other end, 1/2 hitch a rope and pull them out that way.

And if the pull box location is somewhat flexible we would cut it about 3' from the nearest coupling. That would allow you slide off a section of raceway and have 3' of conductor to splice on to.
