No, not picky. Just saying that if the lugs aren't rated for #14, just splice on the smallest size they are rated for.
Ken I know what you are saying. Yes that is compliant just like using a Mac Adapt...Brand name that is or same as splicing two conductors into a breaker that is listed for one.....:grin:
