Ok, I have looked everywhere in the code and I am not finding that I can't take a breaker panel and move it outside beside the meter. The existing panel is in a bathroom and there is no other convenient place to put the panel. I am being told it can't be put outside. Can anyone show me the code references forbidding such an installation?

Thanks Ryan. I was going to say there is not an NEC ref. But some locals......You Know..... :roll:
