residential swimming pool loads

are the pool pump, spa pump,heaters considered appliance or are they a seperate load that has to be added into the load calculations - optional method at the end with no derating factor allowed.

on the west coast of florida this senses to be the way that they are enforcing the nec - cannot figure why.

should be able to apply 75% demand factor if there are more than 4 fastened in place appliances. read definitation of appliance in art.100
