Retrofit bathroom

I'm converting a finished room into a bathroom. I ran the dedicated 20 AMP line to a quad outlet adjacent to the vanity/sick (GFI breaker at panel) . I am leaving two existing outlets lower in the adjacent walls that aren't likely to be used in the room, but putting GFI outlets in them. I hope the inspector is ok with that (he already cut me some slack on another non-eclectric issue). Comment?

Question: Can I tap into that dedicated 20 AMP line for power for the lights above the sink and for the exhaust fan?

Thanks! ... Frank
