My cust has a CorCom filter CDEUL400400B6-S, which is a 400A, 277/480v AC 60Hz with Surge protection RFI Power Filter. The filter box has 4 filters; the contractor has wired the 3 phases to the filters, leaving one filter as a spare. Somehow, I'm thinking the neutral was s'posed to be wired to the filter too...as in, NO spare filter in the box. Ya? No?

At Tyco Corcom that number did not produce a result.
A Corcom phone number is 1-847-680-7400.
The following part does not correlate with what you have

Your part number looks like a Cornell-Dublier number with the CD in the part number.

I got the phone no from their web site earlier, and have left them a message hoping someone will call me in the am. I've left messages for a couple other folks too, who've installed these filters before; they really WILL call me back. LOL!

Wire up that fourth filter to neutral. if ytou dont, then the RFI might be blocked on the phases, but there is no similar protection for the neutral...
