My cust has a CorCom filter CDEUL400400B6-S, which is a 400A, 277/480v AC 60Hz with Surge protection RFI Power Filter. The filter box has 4 filters; the contractor has wired the 3 phases to the filters, leaving one filter as a spare. Somehow, I'm thinking the neutral was s'posed to be wired to the filter too...as in, NO spare filter in the box. Ya? No?

Thanks for the post, gar. It is indeed a Corcom Tyco... http://www.cor.com/Series/Facility/CDEUL/
I got the phone no from their web site earlier, and have left them a message hoping someone will call me in the am. I've left messages for a couple other folks too, who've installed these filters before; they really WILL call me back. LOL!

dbuckley, My thoughts exactly.....the neutral can carry back signals we DON'T want outside. I shall discuss with the mfgr asap
