Rocker arm transfer mechanism for breaker serving a portable generator

You guys are silly. Obviously, the generator inlet is out of the picture. Everyone needs to be able to weld when the power goes out.:angel:
OK. So the way the interlock is wired up you can either drive the welder from the bus or drive something else from the bus, but the generator and poco come to the bus from a TS not seen in the photo.
The toggle must just be load shedding. :angel:

I probably need to incorporate a welding outlet into my generator panel so I could weld the doors shut so the kids cant open them and let the cold air in when the power goes out in the winter time......:)
 
I don't think this is for generators. The toggle and breakers yes, but a NEMA 6-50, not so much.


Also, a NEMA 6-50 does not need a neutral.

While we're giggin them on this one,,,,, just as well bring up that #6 Neutral coming out of the right hand side that doesn't have a white or grey outer covering while we're at it.....
