Romex in 3 story residential bldgs

Does anyone know of a NEC limitation on the number of stories romex is limited to when it comes to wiring a residential home? Is there a limit at 3 stories or more?

No limitations on 1 and 2 family dwellings.
However some localities may have restrictions.
