Romex in PVC pipe ?

Hi , I'm hoping that I can get help in this forum. a few questions that I have are.
can I pull Romex 14-2 in a 1/2" PVC pipe that goes underground?
do I need 2 grounding electrodes at the meter?.
well , any help will be really apreciated.

No, you can not pull NM in an underground conduit, you can use UF though.

If a rod type GE is the sole GE and you don't want to prove 25 ohms or less, the answer is yes.

334.12(B) NM not permitted in damp or wet areas.
Article 100: Location, wet: Installations under ground.
300.5(B) Listing. Cables and insulated conductors installed in enclosures or raceways in underground installations shall be listed for use in wet locations.
