Roger it appears you shouldn't make assumptions. I have directions and I have an interpretation of what I read. I want someone else thought without offering my perspective.

I agree with Bill but will point out why I asked you to to tell us what you thought. We don't know if you're an apprentice (your profile is not filled out) asking for help with your homework so I asked what you thought and you did not attempt to answer. Then when Don did point you to the correct article section you say you read the same thing. You could have posted that but you didn't did you.
