I have several houses I’m getting ready to wire and I’m gonna hire a journeyman help my apprentice. I’m gonna keep an eye on him while I’m going out and do another jobs but this is a gentleman from tradesmen international I could get a good guy I could get it back..
So I’m trying to make it as easy as possible for them to figure it out..

What’s your guys‘s process when you lay it out for a team for roughing in the home over here we don’t have plans. It’s just do it as you see it as long as it’s compliant..
I was planning on going there with spray paint and marking where each home run goes
And then a different spray paint for each brand circuit and where the jumpers are so let’s say green for circuit one orange for circuit two red for circuit three yada yada the dedicated ones like furnace. I would just use a home run color. I hope they get that there’s no jumpers…. Any ideas to streamline this I will be popping in and out and I but I wanna make it retard proof

Dang, you’re like my wife, a compliment and an insult at the same time

You’re in Virginia right? I’ll look at airfare. Lol

And I don’t know if I’m better in contracting I got a soft spot for the elderly and I end up having to eat a lot of it, since they can’t afford it

No insult intended. I meant to say that I am better at wiring than I am at contracting.

I live in Richmond, but I'm staying in Wilminton NC helping my girlfriend recover from a broken leg.

She can only be left for a few days at a time, but is improving quickly. Maybe another couple of months.

That's okay, I am elderly, too, but I am still good at it. I can help you be firm and fair.

I can do anything: industrial, residential, A/V, computer networking, cameras, fine soldering, etc.

I can send you plenty of pics of all kinds of work, and not just wiring.

I patch my own drywall holes when necessary. We have done an attic finish and a complete addition.

I’m not a person to pick up on sarcasm before this keeps going down that route if that’s the case
If you're asking whether I am BS'ing, the answer is No, it's a serious consideration.

How are the roads around you for motorcycling? Like twisty mountain roads?

Yes, extremely twisty mountain roads mostly gravel roads are never icy around here so that’s one benefit
The weather out here is gloomy though but you never sweat or freeze
