OK, so it looks like you can reach that network and you can see the .30 device along with a bunch of others. Does the last photo imply that the .10 device is really .17 (mis addressed)?

I'm not sure if many people can help you at this point. You are able to reach the network and see most things on it. If something isn't showing up, it may be addressed or configured wrong.

I need help be showing pics soon

That is the Ethernet port in the office. I tested each port. That port is where we plug in to view the data concentrator.

Meanwhile what I'm trying to do is restart the counts on the machine which is then viewed on our software through the data concentrator. The machine logic or Data Concentrator is not updating counts.

Rslogix5000 Plc program where production is counted and sent to data concentrator (L2L). I can get online all day at the machine and see where its counting but can't see where the Data Concentrator is getting and displaying counts.

Here is the wrapper program in RsLogix 5000. You can find where the counts are sent to the Data Concentrator ( L2l) in Liner A and Liner B and the Production programs. I need to find out what to reset to reset the Counter on L2L

Download and see program here.

It looks like you were using (old terminology) a class C block within a class B block (that's fine), with the 255.255.255.0 defining 254 potential devices, all in the 172.20.1.xxx block, reaching any SHOULD mean reaching any/all of them. To get to addresses with the "1" position another number (you mentioned 0 and 3, I think I remember), is beyond my rudimentary knowledge.

Yes this is what I thought I tried .1 and .5 and that did not do the trick.

Also could you look at the program and look at liner A or Liner B or production programs to see how it works with L2L???
