Rule of thumb for watts/sf for refrigeration and Freezer facilities

I’ve been asked for a rough order of magnitude watts per square feet for a foot storage facility both for an area that is refrigerated and another that is freezer. I know that’s broad, but any idea?

I’ve been asked for a rough order of magnitude watts per square feet for a foot storage facility both for an area that is refrigerated and another that is freezer. I know that’s broad, but any idea?

I just measured a small walk in cooler for a generator and when running it was 5 amps three phase 208V, or about 1800W plus the interior fans made it about 2300. Guessing on the size but maybe 120 sq feet so 20 watts per sq foot.
