Running 2 AWG from detached garage into house panel

I'm not sure what the best way to run the wires from outside the house into the panel are. I plan to use a 2" LB body on the outside of the house and am unsure of what to use on the inside. Should I come up from underneath the panel and use another 2" LB body to route the wires up into knockout at the bottom of the panel? Or should I go straight through the wall and into one of the lower knockouts on the lower portion of the panel back? To do the latter, I'll need to reposition the existing 1/2" conduit and LB body coming through the outside wall and into the panel (on the right in the photo of the outside of the house; see links below.).
