Hello everyone,
In my shop I have 3 phase 208v power (wye) but I'm reading 203v and 205v between phases. I'm getting new equipment soon that requires 3 phase 230v power.
The supplier advises me to get a transformer to boost up my power because it's lower than the 10% margins allowed.
I have another piece of equipment that requires the same amount of power and I suspect it take too long to heat up because of the lower voltage.
Can it really harm the equipment if powered on 204v?
TIA!!
