Running a ground without pulling out the feeder conductors

I am not recommending going against a code requirement. I am just pointing out an application of Ohms law.

But a permitted "rebond" of the neutral at the second "structure" would be an even lower impedance fault clearing path than an EGC in the same raceway as the feeder conductors.
