running romex in icf walls

manufacturer recommends running romex in icf wall and then spray foaming , does anyone know any code that applies to this or has anyone done this ?

You need to keep the NM cable a minimum distance of 1.25" from the edge of the framing members.

Technically, I guess maybe so, but an experiment detailed in another thread suggests that it would be a good design idea even for a single cable
