when calculating feeders for a rv/mobile home park and the lots are mixed together. Can I put both on the same feeder? And if so can I use nec 550.31 on the mobile homes and 551.73 on the rvs and the combine the?The demand is much higher for rvs and the lots are mixed up has anyone done one of these parks and is it best for me to keep them separate feeders?

No compelling reason why they couldn't be the same feeder, but the calculation gets beyond the guidance given by the code, and will probably need an engineer's seal.

Having an engineer review couldn't hurt, but it looks like a pretty straigtforward calculation. Apply the demand factors for the RV's to the RV's, and the demand factors for the mobile homes to the mobile homes.

The handbook does have a warning for RV parks that in severe climates, the calculated loads may not be enough.
