RV Park multi service

Hello,

I am working on a project of RV park that has 20 pads. The owner wants to have four services for each 5 pads, is this something that the code allows per NEC 230.2? He want to have 4, 200A services one for each 5 pads.

I can't think of a reason why such a place would qualify unless the RVs are wildly separated (half a mile?) or the PoCo can't install an 800 amp service (which might be considerably smaller after a load calc).

Does he want to pay for the privilege of having more than one service?

He is willing to pay it. But I want to have enough eveidence to sayan absolute no. Unfortunately, the PoCos don't enforce that and it is on us to say "No"
