Rv pole for homeowner property.

I recently installed a 100 amp service pole for rv 50 amp hookup and 20 amp 120 dedicated. Now that being said, the 120 was on a combo afci/gfci compliant breaker. The rv initially was on a 50 amp double pole Siemens. Showed pick to inspector when pulling permit and ask if 50 amp was a gfcibreaker.. I said " no", found nothing under rv/ campground pertaining to gfci on double pole, unless refering general grounding under 551.75 and .76 this does not apply, although two groundrods were driven 7 ft apart with #4 bare continuous between.. that's #1..
#2. Given this perimeter, putting in a future 30 amp rv plug is gonna be issue for someone because has to be gfci and afci protected being a 120v single pole..
I've done a bit of searching and a 30amp combo breaker isn't available. It's either one or other.. so in that situation, is there a 30amp inline gfci.? Not 20.. I use those all the time on Whirlpool tubs. We call them (no face GFI) here in East TN. ?? Would love some insight. Haven't run into yet but work at many campgrounds here putting in new pedistals and not once has this been an issue till last week on a personal rv pole.. perplexed .
