Safety Hazard MCC Centerline 2110

Don't know if thsi is the correct place to post this, but this thread seem to get most of the viewers. Just wanted to pass along the following:

"A safety hazard can occur when performing maintenance activities on the line-side connections of a branch circuit device in a CENTERLINE 2100 Low Voltage Motor Control Center plug-in unit when the power bus is energized"

Well any MCC would present a safety hazard working on the line side live, but this is a special problem that makes matters worse, thanks for the link.
