If I came incontact with a panel [mcc] that had a arc flash label with a hrc level 3 , could I open the door to the bucket , and look at the size of the cb, close door backup wearing a ppe level 2 and be in complience to osha or 70e. [stay 18" away ] after opening door. Breaker is closed.
