I previously used a shared calendar, but I like this much more.
You can create separate project calendars; I have one for each job we have, a calendar for bid deadlines, calendar for service calls, etc....

If you have a separate calendar for each job, how can you tell if you over-commit resources or wind up promising multiple bids out on the same day?

Every employee is added to the team, then you can assign each person a task for a certain day and time......
Bids are all grouped in a single calendar to help me keep up with what's going out and when.
