You can setup multiple employees and assign specific tasks to them and it will send alerts to their phone. You can start conversations with other people within each task, attach files (like pics from a jobsite) and leave notes in each task. I like that feature because I can search any customer and see when we’ve been there before and read over any notes someone may have left.
We use it for service and for project management on construction jobs. You can restrict users from seeing other projects or just limit them to one specific job.
