Does anyone know if a Square D QO70AN neutral lug will fit an old QOC30MC225 load center? Or does the lug only work for the newer panels?

It will fit.
That lug has been in existence at least since the 70's.
The hole-hole spacing of the neutral/ground bars has not changed.

As long as you use a machine mounting bolt and a threaded hole, you're compliant.
