Sealing locknut required?

I have a 200 amp power inlet mounted on the exterior of a building. This inlet has a two inch threaded hub in the top. If I go out of the top with two inch rigid am I required "by code" to use a sealing locknut on this?

No. make it up wrench tight and if you are concerned about water drill a 1/4" weep hole in the bottom of the inlet
