Looking for Klein tool that was designed to twist standard wirenuts. The tip is a flathead tip, about 1/6th inches in size. Would love to purchase a few of these if they are still around somewhere. I think it's been close to 30 years since I've bought one of these.

Glad to see you got the post up Ron. As I said earlier on the phone, that I had never seen one of those. Is it an 8(9), (10) etc in one or just a regular screwdriver?

Actually Dennis, it's just a regular screwdriver. Not one of those combo tools. But I like the long shaft and narrow blade. It's the perfect design for some of the things I do....

That looks like it Trevor, made by ideal instead of Klein

Fantastic! All this time I thought it was made by Klein because it just says "Made in USA" on the tool, and looks so much like a Klein...!

thanks for sending the link!

I didn't have an issue getting to the web site. Speaking of which, it's a little pricey at $23 a pop. If you look for it on Amazon you can find it for about $11, including shipping.

I have the Ideal 9 (or 10) -in-1 that has the wirenut driver on it. What I like it for the most is you can take the shaft out and just use the handle for the wirenuts. And the best part is there is a little hole for the wire to run through if you're using "greenies" for the grounds. Just run your long wire from the pigtail through that hole then put on your wirenut and slide the handle on down to twist the nut.

Saw one of those a few years back and made a couple out of worn out Phillips screwdrivers.
Drill hole in back of handle, file a notch in it.

Leave a 3/4" stub of the blade on one to chuck into batt drill.
