I have a sea wall that my customer is using @ 600 lbs of Zinc per year. It is around 300 feet long. It is a commercial fishing dock. Few boats. ther is no grounding now on the sea wall. Will gounding to the electrcial system help? He is loosing a lot of seawall and having to replace regularly.

I would look into the use of DC for the cathodic protection.. :)

Let me know if this is correct. I don't fully understand the problem.

You own a salt water dock which supplies AC shore power (What voltage?) to commercial boats, of which one is losing 600 lbs of zinc cathodic protection per year due to stray current corrosion?
