Kinda off topic but a creative fix--back in the sawmill days there were times we needed to use an Ericson--however in this 60 year old mill there was a LOT of shaiking and vibraqtion--even Ericsons would come loose--so one day I had a lightening storm of an idea--waterpipe unions--worked fine--as long as you hid them where no one could see!

They do make flexible electrical conduit sections.

more apart and then square them up to the box and continue as normal.

Our fix used to be the following:

Take some #14 soilid and wrap it in a coil around a round screw driver shaft. Cut the coil of wire to length and put it over the 6/32" screw and tighten it against the box.

Still not approved for the use, but it would not move or slip.:grin:
