Security Panel, Fire Alarm Control Panel and Power Panels with 5kV?

Can security panel, fire alarm panel, and various power panels be installed in the same small electric room as a 5kV transformer?
The security panel is going to be mounted right next to the 5kV transformer.
Will there be an issue with EMFs?

We have "working space" in front of the transformer per 110.34(A) but we don't have "separation" between <1000V and >1000V equipment. The DB team says the equipment enclosures provide the separation.
 
I would say the enclosures provide separation. It's not like separation requires they be some special distance apart if they are not in the same enclosure.
