Separate building disconnecting means

In a totally seperate building, that is being fed power from another building adjacent to it, as a subfeed, does this detached building need a disconnecting means outside of this new building? Or can it go to a panel inside without an exterior disconnect. The building adjacent to it will have a breaker in the switch gear for this feed. This is commercial
With the new 2020 code changes to disconnecting services, I am trying to find this and can’t seem to locate a code
 
It is where it always has been ...225.32.
It is basically the same as for a service disconnect, the second building disconnect is either outside, or inside nearest the feeder conductors point of entrance.
