seperate circulator disconnecting means

Is a seperate disconnect required for boiler circulator pumps in addition to the boiler disconnect? Existing disconnecting means is a single pole switch, 500,000 btu boiler with fractional hp pumps. What code article?
 
2008 NEC 422.12, 422.12 Ex. No. 1 & 422.32.

Half a million BTU is a larger boiler. . . perhaps the pumps aren't "within sight" of the disconnect switch?
