Bob, Roger I see...GFP threw me.

GFP is not something everyone runs into.

It happens I run into GFP equipped services and feeders fairly often.

Not just when it is required by the NEC but it is often specified by the engineers.

If the settings of the GFP are not right a simple branch circuit ground fault can dump the buildings service disconnect.

Most of the main gear I deal with is GFP. Hope I am not missing something with the Gen-Set.
