Service is 480/277/3ph/4W/60Hz
We have the following loads:
Three 50HP/3ph motors.
10kw/3ph Unit Heater
15KVA/3ph Transformer (480-208Y/120)
If only 2 motors will ever run at any time.
Do all three motor FLA's have to be used in determining the utility service size?
Do electrical interlocks, that prevent the third pump from running, have any effect on the size of the utility service?

Looking at all the replies I have received on this one.
I must say:
IMO; In a small pump house such as this, I would size the service for total connected load.
I was really just wondering if anyone would NOT count the third motor in their load analysis if the motors were interlocked to only allow two to run?
