If you check the listings non of the LB,s can be contain cables. Try to use the proper fittings with the chosen method.

I just checked the 2009 white book under ( DWTT) which is the requirement covering conduit bodies. I did not see any restriction about the use of SER cable enclosed within a conduit body. There are restrictions about splices, taps, and devices in a conduit body that has no volume marking on it, but not about installing a cable in it. You would still have to be able to reach the 5 times the O.D. of the cable like I said earlier, so that would require a larger size than what you could use if you were only pulling conductors thru. If the conduit body was outside or buried you couldn't use ser in the conduit either, if your area is on 2008.
