Need alittle help here if ya could.
We have an existing building that has two apartments and two stores.
Should we treat the two apartments as a multi family dweling for purposes of service entrance calculations ? Do a separte calculation for each store?
Now for total of serivce entrance do we take the loads calculated from each and add them together for the building's total entrance requirement?
The building's owner would prefer is be respnsible for the electric charges for the whole building........just one meter.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
