I have a dual lug 200 amp metercan on a pole with a built in 200 amp breaker. My question is, if I put a 150 amp panel in the house and a 100 amp panel in a detached garage. Do I have to run 200 amp conductors to both panels since the disconnect on the pole is 200 amps? Or does the outside tap rule come in. Or do I need a 150 and 100 amp disconnect mounted on the pole , to run the smaller conductors?

I feel the outside tap rule can apply allowing the smaller conductors to the two structures.
