Service receptacles 210.63

The inspector has noted very few service receptacles installed near major equipment
This is a very large industrial facility. The engineering firm has located 120V duplex convenience receptacles at approximately 100 feet apart. However it did not install specific Service Receptacles. If a large piece of equipment doesn’t specifically require 120V, why would they need to be installed?

If this is a industrial space then 210.63(B) would apply which does not have the 25' requirement that exists for dwellings.

Also GFCI protection would be required per 210.8(E)... (Not that I agree with this requirement in all cases, but it's there).
