Service size calculations

Most of the time I do most of my service size calculations via pencil and paper, problem being we are starting to do projects that are bigger than what I would consider pencil and paper. My question is, does anyone know of a good computer program that is fairly plug and play to spit me out service size calcs. Preferably not like the Simpsons episodes.

I did this a few years back and you needed a password to open the file. Here it is
