Does anyone now of any code problems with tapping on the load side of a ct service with number10.The ct service is located 200 ft from building and customer would like two 20 amp circuits for pravilian(located 20 ft from service).I was going to tap on the load side of ct in the cabinet and put fused disc.(30 amp at ct pedistall)Service cond. are 500mcm.Any thoughts?

Sounds like you'd be dealing with service entrance conductors, and if so, 230 PART IV applies. Comply with those sections, and I don't think you should have a problem.

That is assuming there are no service disconnecting means and OC protection at the metering equipment. If you are on the load side of service equipment, you are talking about a feeder tap and different rules.

Also, as small as the load must be, you still must be sure it fits on the 500 kcmil conductors. :D
