doing a 200 amp service 120/240 3 wire with the panels being 10 ' into the building. i need 2 100amp cb outside to protect the cable before going into house. i don't know how to wire my mwp and ground rod connections to cb boxes before the panels. do i install 4 wires from cb to panels. thanks for the respones

This is not enough info to answer your question. What is a wmp? And your GEC connections should be made as per 250.52.

Hang your 200 amp disco outdoors, and run your ground rods, Ufer, and water pipe grounds into that enclosure. The MBJ would be in that enclosure. Run 4-wire to that indoor panel, with the neutrals and grounds separated. Have a great day.

sorry to scare some of you other guys . but the question was understood and answered by an electrician.

For an installation in NJ 10' is way too far to enter the place with unprotected conductors. As others have said you'll need to provide an OCPD on outside typically adjacent to the meter.
