i have a question, we are doing tenant fitouts. we have a service to this building's meter pack. this is the service to the building, so we size the ground per table 250.66. now when we go from the meter pack to the tenants. these are branch feeders not service. we use table 250.122. in the nec under definitions of service. we are correct but the areas electrical inspector says different. are we correct, any help

You are correct. You size the grounding electrode conductor per 250.66 at the service. Everything after the meter & disconnects for the tenants are remote panels & the equipment grounding conductors are sized per 250.122. Simple.
