sharing the same raceway

I know off an agency that wants to run 2 different branch curcuits through the same raceway. the branch circuits are fused conductors fed from 2 different transformers which are feeding 2 different lighting circuits. This seems so wrong. and you wonder why dogs and people are being shocked. I cant seem to find it in NEC. any clues

As long as one circuit is not an Article 700 emergency circuit and the conductors are marked as required there is no NEC violation

I agree with Bob.

The NEC does not prohibit circuits from different panelboards from sharing the same raceway unless we are dealing with emergency systems or service entrance conductors. There is also a prohibition for Class 2 7 3 conductors and communications circuits as well.

also can't run fused and unfused conductors in same raceway. dont think that applies here tho. or control wires with power unless the insulation on them is rated for 600V too (same as power conductors). please don't ask for a cite.
